1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email. The purchase contract is concluded upon dispatch of the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euro, including statutory VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay).

4. Delivery

Delivery time is 5–14 business days, depending on the product and destination country. Products are manufactured and shipped by our fulfillment partner Printful.

5. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights according to Austrian law apply.

7. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and jurisdiction is [your location], Austria.
